Kevin Mulcahy specializes in various aspects of management and communication theory and practice, with a focus on the service and hospitality industry. He serves as department chair and has more than 10 years of academic administrative experience. He has taught abroad in Finland and has served as a consultant on a variety of projects. Mulcahy currently sits on the executive board of the Niagara Frontier Industry Education Council.
