Donald Schmitter specializes in the culinary aspects of hospitality including catering, live food demonstrations, and professional baking. A Certified Chef de’ Cuisine in the American Culinary Federation, he also serves as the adviser to the Special Events Catering Club. He has many years of experience in the culinary field including being the Executive Sous Chef of the Buffalo Hilton, Adam’s Mark Hotel, and The Glen Iris Inn. He also worked as the Executive Chef of the Red Coach Inn in Niagara Falls as well as beginning his career apprenticing under Chef Norman Hart at Brookfield Country Club.
