Lori Till concentrates on food service law, training, and human resource management, with specific research interests in the scholarship of internships, responsible service of alcohol, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She serves as the department's internship coordinator, transfer student adviser, and articulation agreement coordinator. Till has held several management and sales associate positions with corporate-contract food service companies.
