Students who graduate with a B.S. in hospitality administration have learned the skills necessary for successful hotel and restaurant management. By combining the academic achievement of a bachelor’s degree with practical experience, this program enables graduates to successfully compete for the best positions in the hospitality and tourism industry.
The department offers two concentrations:
Restaurant and Institutional Management, which focuses on managing food service operations; and
Hotel Tourism Management, which focuses on managing hotels, conventions, and convention venues and tourism.
Students may select one or both concentrations.
