Founded in 2003, the Institute for European Union Studies at SUNY (IEUSS) is a SUNY-wide institute serving the State University of New York.
Who are we?
The IEUSS is comprised of a network of EU scholars and international officers serving SUNY and the State of New York. IEUSS operates under the auspices of SUNY Global Center, which is located at 116 East 55th St. New York, NY. Buffalo State hosts the IEUSS campus office and website. SUNY New Paltz hosts the SUNY Model EU Office.
MISSION
The Institute for European Union Studies (IEUSS) promotes the study of the European Union throughout SUNY and the State of New York through five core activities:

supporting and promoting the teaching of the European Union at the undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels |

serving as a network of EU specialists throughout SUNY |

promoting outreach to the constituencies served by SUNY units |
