Achievements

Steven Gittler, professor emeritus, Elementary Education and Reading, and attorney-at-law, was selected for inclusion in Who's Who in America 2004 (58th edition). In June, Gittler served as a hearing officer on real estate tax assessments in the City of Buffalo for the New York State Supreme Court. In July, he chaired an arbitration panel for the National Association of Security Dealers. And in November, he was added to the New York Stock Exchange's list of eligible arbitrators.
