You can finish your Intellectual Foundations requirements in as few as 39 credits or 13, 3-credit courses. Many Intellectual Foundations requirements "double dip," that is, they fulfill multiple requirements without additional credits. Here is an example:
Suppose you take take both of your required Writing Across the Curriculum courses in your major. You will earn six credits towards your major, and simultaneously fulfill the Intellectual Foundations requirement of two, three-credit Writing Across the Curriculum courses.
