Bill White received his Ed.D. in Curriculum Theory and Philosophy from West Virginia University in May, 2007. Dr. White’s research interests include the social role of education; the history of foreign language education; and the organization and philosophy of foreign language programs. Dr. White currently teaches courses in French language and Foreign Language Teaching Methods.
