As part of the festivities for the 125th anniversary celebration of the founding of Buffalo State College (1871 - 1996), 867 bricks inscribed with the names of alumni, faculty, staff and current students form a wall of memories at the back of Rockwell Hall.

Many bricks relay appreciation for Buffalo State faculty, others express appreciation to the college and some are personal thoughts. Notable Buffalo State graduates like Diane English, Class of 1970 and Tom Fontana, Class of 1973 and all of the seven Buffalo State presidents have their names on this wall. Family legacies are chronicled with their graduating years ranging from 1939 to 2000. The Anniversary Wall is timeless, with dedications "To the Future Students of Buffalo State College" and "To Increasing Our Appreciation for One Another at BSC."
