    Hardin Library for the Health Sciences at the University of Iowa maintains this comprehensive "list of lists" of Web sites with information on health and medicine.

    Internet Public Library: Health and Medical Sciences
    Search the collection or browse through this section with categories including alcohol, drugs and tobacco, disabilities, exercise and fitness, first aid, geriatrics, and health care management and policy.

    Provides information on thousands of Western New York health and human service organizations.

    Index to Buffalo Medical Journal
    The Robert L. Brown History of Medicine Collection at the Health Services Library, University at Buffalo, provides this searchable database to the Buffalo Medical Journal published from 1845 through 1919. "This database includes selected citations which document significant events in medical history in Western New York, were written by prominent figures in the area, provide biographical information, or relate to area health care institutions."
