This multi-volume encyclopedia outlines legal doctrine and explains legal principles. The focus is mostly on case law, but there is considerable coverage of federal statutes and regulations. Ref KF154.A42 Bieber's Dictionary of Legal Abbreviations: Reference Guide for Attorneys, Legal Secretaries, Paralegals, and Law Students Use this dictionary for guidance in how to cite legal authorities according to the rules in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Ref KF246 B46 2001 Black's Law Dictionary Originally published in 1891, this is a very comprehensive legal dictionary with terminology ranging from the very old to the modern.
