	The Card Catalog Poetry Project, created and organized by poet/librarian Lisa Forrest, began in the fall of 2003. A collection of poems written on catalog cards by poets from around the United States. The original project also included 30 artists' books made by Forrest using discarded book materials. 		This project was made possible by a generous grant from the School of Informatics, University at Buffalo.
