Poems:
My life
I think, walk,
Eat, hate, love and see each day
The sun shines on me
The stars smile at me each night
Some smiled at me today
I made a change in another's life
A spot has been created
On the life parchment for all to see
All this is done because I live
Hence I am happy that I live
Am thankful for the life I have
Others have died but I am alive
Many are sad whiles I'm happy
People are suffering but I have peace
I'm safe, surrounded by loved ones,
Wake up each morning and live each day.
What I have got, others have not
Hence I am happy I live
Am thankful for the live I have
WHAT IS THE "DWELLING PLACE" OF LOVE?
Not in the arms of everyone who says I love you
Nor in the clubs where you have fun till you drop
Cannot be found in the hug of the woman called mother
Neither in homes where streams of tears and rivers of sorrows flow
Not in the church where there is struggle for position and power
And religious ministers practice vice instead of virtue
Never found in the marriage of silver and gold in the name of love
Not in love poems you write each day
Not in the marriages that end in divorce
Love dwells not in the hands that caress and beat people
Neither in the beauty of spring only to disappear in the summer
Love, what is your dwelling place?
Tell me.
