Susan Maerz Bio: Susan graduated from Buffalo State College with a BA in English, but she isn't saying how long ago that was. Her career path in Office Administration has led her, finally, to her current position at The Research Foundation at BSC, where she works in Grants Administration. Over the years, Susan has worked on many writing projects, putting most of her effort into the performing arts. She has written and performed in numerous skits, puppet shows and plays, most notably a three-act musical dinner theatre which she co-wrote, produced and directed with a friend. Susan loves writing poetry for the thrill and challenge of playing with words and sounds. She has been developing a new creative passion in combining her photography and poetry in digital layouts using Photoshop. Her goal is to publish a volume of her work in the foreseeable future. |
