Information for Exhibitors
Registration
Please fill out the conference registration form available online and mail it to by May 22nd.

The exhibit fee entitles your company to conference registration and included meals for one representative, but each representative from your company who will be at the conference should fill out a registration form for planning purposes.
Exhibition Dates & No-Conflict Times
Wednesday, June 13 — Exhibit at your convenience — Heritage Hall, 2nd floor, Special Events Room
- Registration 10:00 AM — 8:00 PM — Heritage Hall, 1st floor
- Pre-conferences 1:00 — 4:00 PM
- No specific exhibit or no-conflict times, but people will be in the building all day to register
- 6:00-8:00 PM — Conference social, to which all exhibitors are invited at no charge (sponsored by EBSCO)
Thursday, June 14 — Full day of exhibits Heritage Hall, 2nd floor, Special Events Room
- Registration 7:30 AM — 12:00 noon — Heritage Hall, 1st floor
- No-conflict, break, and refreshment times:
- 7:30 — 8:30 AM — Coffee in the exhibit/poster area (sponsored by Standard & Poor's)
- 8:30 — 10:00 AM — Welcome and keynote breakfast (sponsored by OCLC)
- 10:00 — 11:00 AM — Break in the exhibit area (sponsored by Ex Libris; programs start again at 10:15 AM)
- 1:45 — 2:00 PM — Break
- 2:45 — 3:00 PM — Break in the exhibit area (sponsored by Blackwell's Book Services)
- 4:45 — 5:45 PM — Reception in the exhibit/poster area (sponsored by WT Cox Subscription Services)
- 7:30 PM — 12:00 midnight — Mingle with librarians on the Skyline Princess Cruise (price not included in exhibit fee; refreshments sponsored by Elsevier)
Friday, June 15 — Half day of exhibits, in the morning — Heritage Hall, 2nd floor, Special Events Room
- No-conflict, break, and refreshment times:
- 7:30 — 8:45 AM — Continental breakfast (concurrent with special interest group meetings; sponsored by Serials Solutions, Inc.)
- 10:30 — 11:00 AM — Break in the exhibit area (sponsored by Ex Libris)
Conference Location and Parking
The conference will be held throughout the SUNY Maritime campus. The vendor and member registration tables will be on the first floor of Heritage Hall. The exhibits and poster sessions will take place in the Special Events Room on the second floor of Heritage Hall. Exhibitors may unload in the Baylis parking lot, then park anywhere else on campus except in the Baylis lot, and will receive parking permits upon check-in at the vendor registration table.

Exhibit Space Facilities: Heritage Hall, 2nd floor, Special Events Room
- One 6-foot table and 2 chairs
- Electrical outlets and wireless Internet access which does not require login (no charge)
- Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own laptops and all required network and power cords
- The exhibit space, which is partially carpeted, is near the poster session area and the Mess Deck dining room, and one floor above the registration area
Set-Up / Take-down Times
If you need assistance in unloading, setup, and/or packing up, volunteers will be available to help you during the following times. You are free to set up or take down at your convenience if you do not need assistance.
- Wednesday, June 13: set up 12:00 noon — 6:00 PM
- Thursday, June 14: set up or take down 7:00 AM — 2:00 PM
- Friday, June 15: take down 12:00 noon — 2:00 PM
Attendance
Approximately 250-300 participants (exclusive of exhibitors) are expected at the conference.
