MARITIME CENTER

Home

The Buffalo State College Maritime Center was established to study and celebrate the rich maritime heritage of the Niagara Frontier and to encourage and promote public access to the area's historic waterfront and waterways.

The present interim center, located at 901 Fuhrmann Boulevard, houses our ever expanding collection of historic watercraft, plans, and artifacts many of which are on public display in our Historic Boat Museum. The center also houses the college's Academic Boat Building Program and center's various Community Outreach Programs in the Boat Building Center.
