"Musical, expressive, subtle, and accurate" are all words used to describe Canadian pianist Isabelle Aubin. Aubin's professional opera experiences with regards to musical preparation of entire productions include the Société d'arts Lyriques du Royaume, Opéra Plume, Universitié du Québec, Camp Musical du Lac St-Jean, Festival di Musica da Camera, and Empire State Lyric Theatre.

In addition to her post as vocal coach in the Buffalo State College Music Department, Ms. Aubin also holds positions as festival coordinator and vocal coach of Festival di Musica da Camera; collaborative pianist, coach and French diction teacher at Nazareth College of Rochester; pianist and vocal coach with the Empire State Lyric Theatre; the Genesee Valley Orchestra and Chorus; and principal keyboard of the Genesee Symphony Orchestra.

As a professional coach, Aubin's experiences have taken her worldwide to Italy for Centro Studi Italiano, Sessione Senese, and Festival di Musica da Camera.  In Canada, the Chœur Symphonique de Saguenay Lac St Jean, Camp Musical du lac St Jean, and College d’Alma. In Austria, the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz.

Ms. Aubin has performed throughout Italy with recent and forthcoming performances in Siena, Pistoia, Lucca, Grosseto, Padova, Treviso, Perugia, Massa, Terni, Tocco da Casauria, Pescara, and Ripatransone, with solo orchestra performances with the Austin Symphony Orchestra; Genesee Valley Orchestra and Chorus; and Genesee Symphony Orchestra.

She has been a frequent performer on the radio with broadcasts by Radio Canada. Programs titled; "Concert Dimanche," "Opera du Samedi," and "Jeunes artistes."

She has worked with international vocalists Ettore Nova, Ambra Vespasiani, Karina Gauvin, Stefano Algieri, Hugues St-Gelais, Mariana Paunova, Jean-Francois Lapointe, and Marie-Nicole Lemieux.

Ms. Aubin studied coaching and accompanying with Denise Massee, Martin Katz, Robert Evans, and Jean Barr, song interpretation with Graham Johnson, Harold Heiberg, and Paul Schilowski, and piano with Nathalie Pepin, Serge Guillemette, Janina Fialkovska, Karl Engel, Raoul Sosa, and Joseph Bloch.
Ms. Aubin received her B.M., from the Conservatoire de Musique du Quebec; M.M., from Montreal University; and teaching certificate from the University of Quebec, with continued studies in coaching and collaborative piano at the Mozarteum of Salzburg, American Institute of Musical Studies, Song Fest, Sessione Senese, and Banff Centre.

Ms. Aubin also has a gift and love of Languages. She coaches and performs fluently in French, English, German, and Italian.
