Lon Gormley is a lecturer of low brass at Buffalo State College. Her performance experience on tuba, euphonium, and trombone include the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, The Artpark Festival Orchestra, Cathedral Brass, Galliard Brass, Chicago Opera Ballet, Honolulu Symphony, John Cage European Tour, North America New Music Festival, and the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra. She has served on the music faculty at SUNY Fredonia and at Canisius College, and maintains an active private studio.
