Philharmonia Audition Information
2011-2012 Audition Dates
Auditions for fall 2011 membership in the Buffalo State Philharmonia will be held in Rockwell Hall, first floor, August 29 and August 31, 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Auditions for spring 2012 membership will be held January 23 and January 25, 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Audition Excerpts
In addition to choosing one of the excerpts listed below for your instrument, auditionees must prepare a short solo piece (three minutes maximum - piano accompaniment not required) which best reflects one's scope of ability and experience. The excerpts below may be printed. Percussionists should prepare mallets, battery, and timpani.
