The Application Support Desk (ASD) is a central point of service for software-related assistance and equipment loan for faculty, staff, and students of Buffalo State College.

Instructional Resources
Instructional Resources (IR), located in the Bulger Communication Center, supports the instructional and administrative programs of the college through staff expertise in graphic design, photography, video production, classroom support, electronic learning, and equipment maintenance and repair. IR also provides multimedia support for academic courses, scholarly activities, and research.

Turnitin
Buffalo State has a campus-wide license to Turnitin for unlimited submissions of student papers for plagiarism detection. It is available to any current faculty member at Buffalo State.

Student Tutoring
Student tutoring in a variety of subjects, including computer skills, can be arranged through the Academic Skills Center located in South Wing 330. Students can schedule appointments by visiting the center or calling 878-4041.

Optical Scanning Services (Exam Scanning/Scoring)
You can request scanning services by contacting 878-5122 or visit Twin Rise C3A (Mon-Fri, 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m.). Check with your department for any specific request and retrieval procedures.
Office of Telecommunication Services
The office of Telecommunication Services is responsible for all telephone services on campus including voice mail. Telecommunications is part of CTS.
