We support and
influence the strategic direction of Buffalo State College by providing managers
and employees with innovative solutions to organizational and human resource
issues. The department exists to provide services which help the college to
attract, retain, and reward competent and dedicated faculty and staff who share
a commitment to the values of excellence and innovation in teaching, research,
and service to students and the community.
