WHAT IS LONG-TERM CARE?

care facility. The need could arise from an accident, debilitating illness,
or it could simply be the natural result of aging. You could need
long-term care at any time, at any age.
WHY ENROLL NOW?
- If enrolled within 60 days of eligible appointment, employees are
guaranteed issue. After 60 days, you may be subject to medical
underwriting (eligible family members must submit proof of medical eligibility).
- Once you are accepted for coverage, your coverage cannot be cancelled due
to a change in health status.
- Premiums are at a group rate and are based on your age. Therefore,
the younger you are, the lower your premium.
