Some documents are available in more than one format (noted after the document name). The Word forms are designed to be completed on your computer for your convenience and some contain drop down menus with fields that need selection before printing the form/document.

If you wish to spell check or otherwise modify the document, you will need to unprotect the document. To unprotect a document in Word 2007:

Click the Review tab.
Click the Protect Document button.
Select Restrict Formatting and Editing from the menu.
Click the Stop Formatting button.
