Classroom Technology Equipment
Classroom Technology Equipment, located in Bulger 204, supports classroom instruction and special events by supplying equipment that can be checked out and utilized on campus. Most of our equipment is on mobile carts and is available in Satellite Equipment Rooms in many academic buildings.
Confirmed equipment may be picked up by the faculty member or office designee or student and returned to Bulger 204 during office hours.
Faculty, staff, and students - If you
need to borrow equipment such as PC or Mac laptops, small
portable projector, digital camcorder, digital still camera,
or a digital audio recorder to be used on or off campus, please
go to Equipment Loan located in the Application Support Desk area ( Room 157A) in E. H. Butler Library.
Office hours for Classroom Technology Services, Bulger 204:
- Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (drop off through 9:00 pm)
- Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Saturday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

Classroom Technology Equipment Policy
- Equipment for classroom instruction and special events is available to be checked out by faculty, staff, and students (a current Buffalo State I.D. card is required).
- If you don't know how to operate the equipment, please ask for training.
- Loan duration is based on availability and demand of equipment.
- It is the responsibility of the user to return equipment on the agreed upon date. Overdue equipment directly affects availability to other users.
- Accessories (batteries, tapes, computer disks, etc.) are supplied by the user.
- Set up, operation, and security of equipment is the borrower's responsibility.
- Use of this equipment is on-campus only. If the equipment is stolen, report the theft to University Police at 878-6333. Notify the Classroom Technology Equipment office as soon as possible that the equipment has been stolen.

Audio Duplication
Audio cassette and CD duplication is available to faculty and staff. Faculty and staff may bring their items for duplication between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. A recharge for tapes/CDs is incurred. WE CANNOT DUPLICATE COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION. Contact Chris Weber, 878-4535, BULG 204. |
