Meghan E. B. Pereira

Meghan Pereira has been in the Education field for six years as a Teacher and Instructional Technology Facilitator. Along with providing instructional technology support through professional developments on educational software and current tools, she has also created instructional and informational web sites using FrontPage and Dreamweaver that have incorporated videos and images from Camtasia and Snagit.

Meghan recently moved from Charlotte, North Carolina where she received her Master's degree in Instructional Systems Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte . Meghan is a native of South Buffalo, NY and received her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from St. Bonaventure University.

Marianne Foley
Systems Librarian / ANGEL Administrator

Areas of expertise:
Marianne Foley has been the Systems Librarian in Butler Library for over five years where she oversees the library's myriad computer systems and software applications. She is also the ANGEL Administrator. In this capacity, Marianne advises and assists in the creation of policies and procedures, monitors and tests systems updates, and acts as liaison between Banner and ANGEL.

Before becoming a librarian, Marianne taught in the BSC Mathematics Department for several years. Prior to that, she worked as a biostatistician at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and in the School of Pharmacy at the University at Buffalo . She began her professional life designing airborne radar systems as an Electrical Engineer for Hughes Aircraft Company in Los Angeles . In addition to an MLS, she holds an MA in Statistics from UB and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California . Marianne grew up in Binghamton , NY and received her BS in Mathematics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
