Technical operation, maintenance, and system design of television, electronic learning, video IP delivery, videoconference, and VoD infrastructures.
With almost 30 years of broadcast experience, Dave is here to assist you with all your technical needs. He stays current in all facets of digital video delivery and remains active in network level broadcast as a freelance engineer. Mr. Ross is the 2003 recipient of the President's Award for Excellence in Service to the College.

Paul J. Smith
Television Engineer
Areas of Expertise:
Broadcast, audio, video, electronics maintenance, audio engineering.
Paul works throughout the campus assisting with a variety of engineering projects. He works with Dave Ross in maintaining television facilities at Bulger Communication Center and in the Savage Theatre Arts building. In addition to repairing television and video equipment campus-wide, he repairs the Great Lakes Lab communication and instrumentation gear. Paul has been the engineer for the campus-run WBNY radio 91.3 for over 15 years and teams up with Instructional Resources production on projects requiring an audio engineer.
