Buffalo State Campus House
This is an excerpt from a series of “how to” videos produced for the Hospitality Department here at Buffalo State . The series is targeted at students who are pursuing a degree in restaurant and hotel management and instructs them in the preparation and etiquette associated with these professions. Because Campus House, as it is called, is a working restaurant, which caters to members of the Buffalo State community, the series familiarizes students with specific procedures used there.

Art On Wheels
Original sculptures and art cars created by artists with ties to the Buffalo Niagara region were placed at 57 sites of cultural, historical or heritage interest to make up a cultural arts trail. Arts trail adventurers who visited even a portion of the sites had world-class art experiences, rode vintage merry-go-rounds, traveled along the Erie Canal, learned of our region's prominent part in the history of the automobile. In addition, seven roving art cars traveled throughout Western New York making appearances at festivals and special events all summer long.

The Roof Shall Not Fall
This is a 20-minute documentary style video that excavates Buffalo's layered and diverse African-American histories, celebrating the landscape, environment, and community based on the Underground Railroad. The video's main purpose is to create public awareness as to the deteriorating conditions of the Michigan Street Baptist Church, one of the main stops along the Underground Railroad. The church is the oldest property continuously owned, operated, and occupied by African-Americans in Western New York. Buffalo State's own Instructional Resources department donated time and talent to the worthwhile task of creating the video documentary, which would help preserve this history.

Burchfield New Museum
This video was produced to create interest in The Burchfield-Penney Art Center's new museum project.
