Production Studios
IR has two television studios to handle many types of needs.
One 43 x 28 studio with Sonex acoustics, 3 cameras and a full lighting package. Grass Valley 200 switcher and an Orion character generator. Tape formats are S-VHS, VHS, 1 inch and DVC PRO.
The other is a 27 x 22 studio for classroom or small presentations. This studio also ties into the production control room. |

Audio
A Tascam M600 16 channel audio board is connected to the studios and our announce booth.
- Audio for video production / post production support

We feature a Tascam M-600 24 by 16 by 2 mixing console, Beringer Processing, Yamaha Digital Equaliztion and 4 track record capability on a Otari MX 50/50 Recorder, 2 independent production studios and separate narration booth. |
Remote Production
IR's remote production capabilities allow faculty or staff the ability to have large events recorded and/or uplinked. Whether at Rockwell Hall or the Houston Gym, the event can be broadcast locally or on *satellite.
*Satellite broadcasts are dependent on uplink truck availability.
Field Production
Panasonic AJ-215 DVC Pro camcorder, Lowell light kit and audio mixer for microphone or other source inputs. Remote productions could be on campus or anywhere in Western New York , dependent on travel arrangements. Contact Pat Trinkley or Ken Giangreco, ext. 4922 |
