Campus Housing: $45/night

We highly encourage everyone to stay at the recently completed Hillside Suites residence halls, on the campus of Jamestown Community College . Each suite includes a living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms. Most suites include four single bedrooms. A limited number of suites with a double bedroom are also available. Each suite offers wireless internet access, cable television, and landline telephone service. Each hall has 24-hour video cameras, electronic card access, and double locks (one at suite door and one at bedroom door). The hospitality suite will be located in the residence hall and symposium programming will be within a short walk across campus. Also, it is just a short walk to the Roger Tory Peterson Institute, the One-Hundred Acre Lot natural area, and local restaurants and convenience stores. Download the JCC Housing Reservation Form to register for the Hillside Suites residence hall.

Green is the Theme
This year's symposium theme is environmental responsibility and photography as a tool for social change.

Everything is Within a Half Hour Drive
From the shores of Lake Erie to the shores of Chautauqua Lake, almost everything in Chautauqua County is within a half hour drive.

Come Early, Stay Later
Check out the 2009 Mayville Bluegrass Festival the weekend before the symposium and consider visiting Chautauqua Institution for its opening week beginning the Sunday after. Be sure to link to the Visitor's Bureau site to discover the many other recreational opportunites in Chautauqua County, the green and lovely natural vacationland.
