Wanda Salas

I have been a member of ISO for more than two years. I became a member of ISO when I stumbled into one of their meetings in the fall 2003 and fell in love with it ever since. I attended and read poem in a couple of cultural nights that first year. I became very involved with the organization and went to camp weekend--that was a blast; it was like no other I had gone to. I was elected Public Relations Officer for the 2004-2005 school year. My involvement and love for the organization got me elected President of this school year. I was born in Dominican Republic. My first language is Spanish. I speak English, can defend myself in French and I am learning German. I don’t know what is installed for my future, but I know that I want to be involved with the world.
