Whether you're here to earn a degree or to enjoy an art exhibit, the University Police Department provides many programs and services to make your stay at Buffalo State safe and enjoyable around the clock and during all four seasons.

Available free of charge, these services—including Safe Escort programs, the Motorist Assistance Program, the NFTA Student Transit Pass program (which makes stops at Tops and Wegmans grocery stores), and the Blue Light Telephone System—are here for you. (Please use them!) University police officers are on duty 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Officers patrol the campus, residence halls, and roads through and near the campus.
