If you have a working e-mail address, you may fill out the SSSP Program Application online. Be sure that you fulfill the eligibility criteria!

Alternately, download the Student Support Services Program Application in PDF format. Be sure to print this application, fill it out and then mail it in. If you choose, you may also visit the office and complete an application there as well.
