Mission Statement:
The Association of faculty, staff, and emeritus members of Buffalo State College
have vital interest in the promotion of equal opportunity in higher education especially for students.
The major focus of AFSAD is promote cultural, academic, and professional growth within the BSC
community. The goals of the organization are carried out by five committees: Reward, Recognition,
and Honors; Professional Development; Scholarship/Fundraising; Campus Relations; and Student Affairs.
