On Tuesday April 24, 1998, 105 students from Amherst Middle
School spent a day in the outdoors touring Buffalo State College's
Great Lakes Center (at the foot of Porter Avenue in Buffalo) and
later arrived at Lake Kirsy (Tift Farms) to sample water quality. The
students were also treated to a trout release and Mr. Swalm's fish
finder!
