  • Dr. David Henry, Associate Professor, Elementary Education and Reading, Research as Pedagogy Fellow--- will have preservice teachers engage in clinical interviews to assess student learning. He will investigate the impact of this experience on college student's understanding of, and attitude toward, assessment practices.

His research will investigate the effectiveness of various types of media-based presentations (i.e., single medium vs. multiple media; single channel vs. dual channel) on the recall of information among first year students of differing reading abilities.
