Findings of an empirical investigation into the interaction between cognitive style and decision settings is presented. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Multiple-cue Probability Learning Paradigm (MCPLP) intruments were utilized to analyze performance on distinctly different (MCPLP) tasks by various (MBTI) personality types. Results from a sampling (n=162) indicate a predominate effect of task across all MBTI types without a significant correlation between task and any specific type in performance.
