This project focused on the importance of Ekvall's climate dimensions specifically in regard to elementary school music classroom settings. Project uses classroom observations, conversations with students and teachers and explores music curriculums. Similarities and differences are noted. Results indicate that Ekvall's ten dimensions of creativity are present in elementary music education and as climate dimensions increase so does creativity.
