This project examines a change initiative that took place at the Buffalo Museum of Science (New York) from December 2001 through May 2002. The change initiative was facilitated by an organizational coach affiliated with Companies Are People, Too, a change model based on the work of Carl Jung and Jim Collins and Jerry Porras. The perspectives of the director of the museum, the staff, and the organizational coach are documented throughout the project. This change initiative was facilitated independent of the Osborn-Parnes CPS model.
