This qualitative research project focused on identifying behaviors that can indicate a creative climate in class settings. Using Ekvall's creative climate dimensions as a foundation, the author gathered data from administrator, teacher and students. Results were categorized into each dimension and the responses from each group. A summary for each section was also given. An evaluation of project outcomes was discussed as was recommendations for further research.
