This author investigated Ekvall's climate dimensions used in the business setting as they appear in eight elementary gifted and talented/enrichment programs. This qualitative study contains classroom observations combined with teacher interviews as a way to identify the similarities and differences using Ekvall's dimensions. The author discusses the findings in depth addressing each dimension with observational data.
