This project was a result of an initiative started by the International Center for Studies in Creativity to promote awareness of content, themes and trends appearing in current creativity research journals by continuing to organize and disseminate the information collected. The focus of this project was to examine and analyze the themes and trends found in the 2001 issues of the Creativity and Innovation Management Journal. A coding schema, outlined by Feist and Runco (1993) was used to analyze these themes and trends.
