Action Management Associates of Dallas offers problem solving and decision making workshops to help participants improve their productivity, the quality of their output, and their trouble shooting and creative abilities. Participants learn to use teamwork, cause analysis, creative problem solving, decision making, planning techniques, and situation analysis. Action Management awards certificates of achievement to workshop graduates who document at least $20,000 worth of quality or productivity improvements in their workplace. The company also rewards its own; trainers whose graduates produce a combined total of a million dollars in improvements become members of the Million Dollar Club.
