This project examined the dynamics of psychological climate and the dynamics of leadership practices within the context of vision. Data from a previously administered vision survey were analyzed. Qualitative methods were used to code and sort the data according to Ekvall's (1996) ten dimensions of creative climate. Then, the same themes were examined for evidence of Kouzes, & Posner's (1987) leadership practices. Positive and negative climate dynamics were found, and several situational factors which influenced the climate were also identified. Relationships were also identified between climate dimensions and leadership practices. Results are presented and discussed.
