Evaluated the impact of a five-day training program in facilitating Creative Problem Solving to determine ways to improve its effectiveness. Follow-up participant interviews three months later suggested design and delivery improvements and ways to help continue the learning and application of the course content. Specific recommendations and suggestions for further research is presented.
