Abstract of a masters project. Numerous Fortune 100 companies mission statements were examined for references to creativity and/or innovation. Select Fortune 100 companies were interviewed concerning these references made to creativity and/or innovation. The interview results, and analysis of interview questions were discussed. Findings include current strategies and techniques used by these companies to promote creativity and innovation within their respective organizations.
