The A3-2000 is a large scale, volunteer project which held a community-wide effort to develop collective visions by the year 2000 in Ann Arbor Michigan. Facilitators were brought in to lead groups through the process of a variety of creative problem solving techniques. The aim of this project was to define the preferred future, energize diverse organizations and individuals to set goals, and to provide a structure for the community action to achieve the desired visions and changes.
