Reports on a correlation study performed with a sample (n=144) of college students relating personality type to career development variables. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) was administered along with a variety of developmental questions including decidedness, expressed interests, and percieved competence. Results indicate significant correlations in two areas: 1) sensing/feeling to decidedness, 2) intuition/thinging to expressed interests.
