The Newman Center is Catholic Campus Ministry at Buffalo State College. We are the source of spiritual growth and development for those BSC students, faculty, and staff along with an intentional community of family and friends. We have a vibrant spiritual life and reflective liturgies through which we express the essential mystery of our faith. We empower people to participate actively in a Catholic community that is rooted in shared Gospel values, and focused on a more peaceful, just, and compassionate society. Our members give generously of their time, talents, energy, and resources. We are a community who, by our presence and activity in Buffalo and beyond, nurture learning and development for all people at all stages of life, in the spirit of John Newman.
