Jeff Nowak, campus minister at Newman, also serves as the Director of Music. He is an alumnus of St. Francis High School in Athol Springs and holds a B.A. in Secondary Education and Spanish from Canisius College and a M.A. in Pastoral Ministry from Christ the King Seminary. Jeff coordinates the various service projects for the Newman Center along with working with student musicians for liturgies. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys classical music, theatre, the study of foreign languages, travel both within and outside of the U.S., and the Buffalo Sabres. |
Bill Vaughan, graduated from Canisius College in 2003 with his BA in Religious Studies and Theology. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Theology from Christ the King Seminary. Bill coordinates the Retreat Program, Alternative Spring Break, Generations of Faith and Holy Grounds. He also directs the RCIA and Confirmation programs. Stop by the Campbell Student Union on Tuesdays and Thursdays for lunch or lively conversation with Bill. In his free time he enjoys sports, music, quoting movies, Boston Red Sox Baseball, and Notre Dame Football. |
Sister Candice Tucci OSF, a member of our team is a woman of many talents. She serves on the Administration Team of her Community, is an artist and a professional campus minister. She brings her 12 years of experience in ministry to higher education to the community of Buffalo State College and The Newman Center. |

Fr. Patrick Zengierski, is the Director of Campus Ministry here at the Buffalo State College Newman Center. He is a priest of the Diocese of Buffalo, ordained in 1991. He has been involved in higher education for over twenty years, serving in both teaching and administrative positions at the University at Buffalo, Canisius College, the University of Virginia, and Christ the King Seminary. Father Pat is available for reconciliation, spiritual counseling, or if you need someone to listen. |
Michelle Glinski is the Newman Center's Office Manager. If you have any questions, Michelle is a great resource. She is available Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. |
