The Burchfield-Penney Art Center is extremely fortunate to have acquired
its Roycroft Collection, donated in 1994 by philanthropist, Dr. Charles Rand
Penney. The Charles Rand Penney Collection of Works by Roycroft Artists is
a comprehensive collec tion of 401 objects and 568 books and magazines. It
illustrates the Roycroft's range of hand-made designs that are the epitome of
refined simplicity and craftsmanship.
